Passion to Profession
When I was a child, my father built a koi pond on our property. It was a small preformed tub style pond. I instantly fell in love with the biology of the ecosystem he created. Adding new plants and animals became my number one focus after school, until disaster struck… a heavy rain had raised the water table, and our beautiful pond was ejected from the ground and ruined. Disappointed and dejected, I turned to YouTube to look for solutions. That’s when I discovered Aquascape Inc. Through their extensive catalogue of content I learned how to properly build an ecosystem water feature that will stand the test of time.
Years later(September 2020) during the covid pandemic I started Everson Waterscapes with the goal of spreading my knowledge and passion for water features. I had a great first year getting some projects under my belt. In early 2022 I took a journeyman carpenter position, but never gave up on water features. I kept building clients and doing projects on the side while expanding my construction skill set. In 2025 I decided it was time for me to do what I really love and be a full time water feature artist.
Today Everson Waterscapes proudly serves the eastern shore of Maryland, Delaware & surrounding areas. I am grateful to be able to do what I love everyday and serve my community with professional, custom water features. Ponds Built Right! Customers Served Right!
